June's release included improved reporting, easier access to the downloadable version of an LTMP, improvements to user and unit administration, and a whole bunch of usability tweaks to make the product even more intuitive.
New functionality and enhancements
- Easier access to the downloadable version of your LTMP
Previously you could only download a PDF version of your plan if the plan had been approved, we've removed that restriction so that now you can download a plan for any year at any time.

- Charts included in PDF exports
PDF exports now include charts, providing a more complete and visual version of maintenance-plan information.

- Draft PDF watermarking
PDFs generated from draft maintenance plans are now clearly marked with a watermark, helping distinguish draft material from finalised outputs.

- Improved feedback when a Maintenance Plan is locked
Users now receive clearer guidance when attempting to work with a locked Maintenance Plan. - Help guidance for disabled expense types
A tooltip has been added to explain why an Expense Type may be unavailable or disabled. - Security updates
Security updates have been applied as part of ongoing platform maintenance.
Defects resolved
- User deletion corrected
A fringe case defect where certain users could not be deleted has been resolved. - Outlook line-break issue resolved
A formatting issue affecting line breaks in Outlook has been corrected. - Total contributions table headings restored
Column headings are now displayed correctly in the “Total contributions by unit” table. - Search - when no results are found
Searches that return no matches now behave correctly - Maintenance Plan task-name updates now display correctly
A small bug affecting updates made to existing task names has been fixed
