Over the past few months, we’ve been building Commonview around the real challenges of managing property information, compliance, and maintenance.
During that time, we’ve been working closely with a small number of early users - using real portfolios to shape how the platform works in practice.
We’re now ready to start onboarding more customers.
A small, hands-on rollout
Rather than opening things up fully, we’re continuing with a controlled approach - onboarding a small number of organisations at a time and working closely with each one.
This means helping you:
- structure your properties and assets properly
- bring existing information into the system
- set up workflows and outputs that fit how you operate
- get your team comfortable using Commonview day-to-day
The goal is simple - make sure you’re getting real value from the start.
Why we’re doing it this way
Working with early users has reinforced something for us - good setup makes a big difference.
Every organisation manages property information slightly differently, and taking the time to get things right upfront leads to much better outcomes.
We’re continuing this approach as we expand, so we can keep improving Commonview based on real use.
