As someone who has been part of the Commonview journey, we’re excited to let you know that everything we previewed in our last newsletter is now live.
Now you can:
- Track and report on the status of all tasks, and record notes against them
- Upload files, quotes, documents and images against each task or directly into a document library with intuitive classification for easy retrieval
- Download all your raw data with one click so you don't have to worry about "vendor lock-in" should you ever decide to move away from Commonview
- Generate individual resident contribution reports to send out to each resident
- Download a full 30-year maintenance plan for your entire building in PDF format containing all the detail you need to present to BC committee for approval
What's next?
We're currently putting the finishing touches on GST functionality to make your life easier depending on whether you are GST registered or not.
